Investments range from EUR 1m to EUR 100m and asset classes include Alternative Accomodation, inner city office buildings, hotels, last-mile logistics and entertainment/culture. We are a seasoned local principal investor that has been going through multiple economic cycles. We provide investment alpha through a deep in-house verticalisation and segment specialists operating in the local market that we are focused on since the early 90´s.
