Dupuis Asset Management has successfully overseen the sale of a mixed-use real estate portfolio valued in the high double-digit million range. The portfolio comprises ten assets with approximately 25,000 sqm of rental space across Berlin and Brandenburg and had been managed by Dupuis for several years on behalf of a Southern European family office.
